Every plan is priced per seat, with a seat minimum that scales with the tier. Pick a product, set your team size, and see the real number — not a "starting at."
Your team size
Basic
The essentials, for a team getting its pipeline in order.
Prices shown are per seat, per month, billed annually — that's the 20% discount reflected above. Every plan enforces its own seat minimum regardless of the team size selected.
Not sure which tier fits? Growth is where most teams land — it adds reports, accounting, and email intake on top of the essentials. Basic covers a team just getting organized, and Enterprise is where AI agents, full automation, and e-signature come in.
Questions
Pricing, explained plainly.
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one person who logs in — sales reps, dispatchers, ops, or admins. Viewers with read-only access don't count against your seat total.
Can I run CRM and TMS together?
Yes. Each product is billed separately per seat, and a person only needs a TMS seat if they work loads — your sales team doesn't need one to use the CRM.
What happens below a tier's minimum?
You're billed for the tier's seat minimum even with a smaller team — for example, Enterprise is billed for at least 10 seats no matter how many people log in.
What if we're bigger than 25 seats?
Talk to sales. Past 25 seats, pricing is quoted directly and usually includes volume discounts, dedicated onboarding, and custom SLAs.
What counts as an automation action?
Each time a rule fires inside Danube — a stage change sending a notification, a new lead creating a task, an email going out — that's one automation action. They reset every month, and higher tiers include far more, so an active desk doesn't run out mid-month.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power the Enterprise features — agents that qualify and route, AI columns that read documents — and the heavier the task, the more credits it uses. Basic and Growth run without AI; on Enterprise you get a monthly allowance and can add more whenever you need to scale.
Do features carry over between tiers?
Yes. Each tier includes everything in the one below it, plus what's listed as new. Growth is Basic plus reports and email intake; Enterprise is Growth plus AI, full automation, and e-signature.
