Our mission
Automate the busywork out of every business.
Give any company — whatever it sells, wherever it operates — the tools to hand its repetitive work to AI, so growth stops meaning "hire more people to keep up."
About Danube
Every company has work that eats its people's time without moving it forward. Our job is to take that off their hands, in any industry, so the team is free to do what only people can.
Our mission
Give any company — whatever it sells, wherever it operates — the tools to hand its repetitive work to AI, so growth stops meaning "hire more people to keep up."
Our vision
A world where the ceiling on what a company can do is its ideas and its people — not how many hours they can spend copying data between tools.
Where we come from
Danube wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It grew out of a decade spent running a real operation — coordinating shipments across Europe, quoting loads, chasing invoices — and hitting every wall the tools of the trade put in the way.

Hosted and operated in the Union
We spent ten years in freight forwarding, technology, and logistics — a business where coordination still happens over phone calls, email threads, and spreadsheets that never quite agree with each other. We felt every one of those gaps ourselves: the quote sent on gut feel, the load tracked from someone's memory, the margin nobody could see until the month closed.
So we built the software we wished we'd had. Every rule in it came from a real problem, not a feature request written at a desk. And the more we automated our own work, the clearer it got that this wasn't a freight problem — it was every business's problem. The same busywork drains a sales team, an agency, a service desk.
That's why Danube is two things at once: a TMS built specifically for freight, and a CRM for any team that runs on a pipeline — both on one platform, both with AI carrying the load underneath. What we learned running a real operation is now available to anyone who wants to run theirs better.
What we stand for
We only ship what we'd use ourselves. Every feature earns its place by solving a problem we've actually hit, not one we imagined a customer might.
AI isn't a badge we stick on the box. It's there to take the repetitive work off people's plates — and only where it genuinely saves them time.
Loads, lanes, margins, pipelines — we name things the way the people using them do, not the way engineers built them.
Hosted and operated in the EU, protected at the level below the interface — where it can't be worked around.

Questions
A small team with a decade in freight forwarding, technology, and logistics. We built the software to run our own operation before we offered it to anyone else.
No. The TMS is built specifically for freight, but the same platform runs a CRM for any team with a pipeline. The freight experience is where it started — not where it stops.
Hosted and operated in the EU, protected at the database level. Your data stays yours, with access rules enforced below the interface where they can't be worked around.
Because it isn't built on theory. Every feature came from a real problem we hit running a real operation — the software has already been proven against the work it's meant to do.
Book a demo. We'll walk your actual workflow, show you where Danube fits, and tell you honestly if it's the right tool for you — no pressure to commit on the call.
Yes. Every plan includes support, and higher tiers add dedicated onboarding so your team is productive from the first week, not left to figure it out alone.
15 minutes, your real workflow, no slideware.
