The assistant knows the page you’re on and the way the app works. Ask it how to do something and it explains, or starts the page’s guided tour.
How do I turn a request into an order?
Open the request and press Add order. The order appears on Orders with the data copied over and linked to the request.
From a sentence to a working board.
Describe what you want to track. AI proposes the structure (boards, columns, automations, a dashboard) and builds it in your account.
Track the leads from trade fairs: company, fair, contact, follow-up date, and remind me 3 days before.

Your data and AI
What happens to your data.
Anthropic Claude
Danube’s AI features use Claude models from Anthropic, through its commercial API.
Not used for training
Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models.
Only when you use it
Your data is stored in the EU. When you use an AI feature, the text that feature needs is sent to Anthropic to be processed.
Visible and editable
What AI fills in or builds lands in your boards like any other data: you see it, you can correct it, and changes keep their history.

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, the data Danube sends is not used to train their models.
What is an AI credit?
The unit AI usage is measured in. A quick answer from the assistant uses few credits; building a whole board with AI uses more. Growth and Enterprise include a monthly allowance, and you can add more.
Can I use Danube without AI?
Yes. The Free and Basic plans have no AI, and everything else (boards, automations, documents, invoicing) works the same.
